Removing ( Refitting ) Disconnect the battery negative terminal.1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the right front light cluster.

1. Open the retaining clip for the headlamp alignment control unit mounting in the direction shown by the arrow.2. Undo the bolt fixing the headlamp alignment control unit mounting to the light cluster. 1. Release the mounting complete with control unit from the housing on the headlamp.Rest the headlamp alignment control unit mounting to make the control unit fixing bolts accessible.

The mounting complete with control unit cannot be removed from the housing because it is integrated with the front wiring.

2. Undo the fixing bolts (2a) and separate the headlamp alignment control unit (2b) from the support. Refitting ( Removing ) Position the headlamp alignment control unit on the mounting and secure it using the bolts.Fit the mounting complete with control unit in place on the light cluster.Tighten the bolt fixing the control unit mounting to the light cluster.Close the headlamp alignment control unit mounting retaining clip.Connect the electrical connection for the right front light cluster.
