) Disconnect the battery negative terminal.1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the right front light cluster.

1. Open the retaining clip for the headlamp alignment control unit mounting in the direction shown by the arrow. 2. Undo the bolt fixing the headlamp alignment control unit mounting to the light cluster.

1. Release the mounting complete with control unit from the housing on the headlamp.Move the mounting complete with headlamp alignment control unit away from the work area.

1. Open the retaining clips.2. Remove the discharge gas main beam/dipped headlamp bulb complete with bulb holder from the housing in the headlamp.

1. Rotate in the direction shown by the arrow and separate the discharge gas main beam/dipped headlamp bulb (1a) from the bulb holder (1b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the discharge gas main beam/dipped headlamp in place on the bulb holder.Fit the discharge gas main beam/dipped headlamp bulb complete with bulb holder in place on the headlamp.Close the retaining clip.Fit the mounting complete with control unit in position on the light cluster.Tighten the bolt fixing the control unit mounting to the light cluster.Close the retaining clip for the headlamp alignment control unit mounting.Connect the electrical connection for the right front light cluster.
