Fully open the sun-roof.

) 1. Release the perimeter casing from the sun roof.

With the help of a second operator, turn the sun roof over. 1. Disconnect the electric motor for the sun roof rear motor.

2. Undo the fixing bolts (2a) and remove the rear electric motor (2b) from its housing.

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) on both sides and remove the rear crossmember (1b).

1. Release the sun roof movement cable from the retaining bands.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) fixing the sun roof movement cable to the retaining bracket (1b).

1. Slide the blind outwards in the direction shown by the arrow.

Place the sun roof in the spoiler position.1. Release and remove the protection (1a) on both sides and undo the bolts (1b) underneath.2. Remove the front element of the sun roof, in the direction shown by the arrow.

1. Disconnect the electrical connector for the sun roof front electric motor.

2. Undo the fixing bolts (2a) and remove the front electric motor (2b).

1. Release and remove the side protection on both sides for all the centre elements.

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the centre elements (1b) for the sun roof.

Refitting ( Removing

) Refit the sun roof perimeter seal.Place the sun roof centre elements in position and tighten the fixing bolts without torque tightening them. Fit the front electric motor and tighten the fixing bolts.Connect the electrical connector for the sun roof front electric motor.

Place the sun roof front element in position and tighten the fixing bolts without tightening them to torque. Place the sun roof in the closed position.Fit the sun roof blind.Secure the sun roof movement cable to the retaining bracket using the bolts.Secure the sun roof movement cable to the retaining springs.Fit the rear crossmember and tighten the fixing bolts.Fit the rear electric motor and tighten the fixing bolts.Connect the electrical connector for the rear electric motor.
