Removing ( Refitting ) Place the vehicle on a ramp. - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

 - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. - 1080B94  front lambda probe with catalitic converter r r1. Undo the heat shield bottom fixing bolts.2. Undo the nuts (2a) and remove the heat shield (2b). Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the heat shield in its seating and secure it to the exhaust manifold, tightening the nuts to the specified torque.

Tighten the bottom bolts securing the heat shield to the specified torque.
