Before removing and refitting the switch, the following preliminary operations must be carried out.

- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position and extract it.- Disconnect the negative and positive battery terminals and insulate them.- Wait for 10 minutes before continuing.

1. Working in the load compartment, disconnect the electrical connection from the subwoofer and remove the radio/CD wiring harness from the vehicle.

Refitting ( Removing ) - Connect the electrical connection to the subwoofer.

- Secure the radio/CD wiring harness in its retainers.- Connect the electrical connections tot he front part of the vehicle under the glove compartment.
