Follow the safety instructions Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS

- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE Op. 7040D30 ENGINE BAY FRONT BEAM COVER - R R Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER1. Undo the nut (1a) fixing the upper connecting pipe coupling (1b) to the condenser (1c).2. Unscrew the nut (2a) securing the connecting pipe coupling (2b) to the drier filter (2c).

1. Undo the two condenser (1b) fixing bolts (1a) on both sides.Lift up the condenser complete with drier filter to release the two lower mountings and remove it from the vehicle.

1. Unscrew the nut (1a) fixing the connecting pipe coupling (1b) for the drier filter (1c).2. Undo the two bolts (2a) securing the drier filter, keep the plate (2b) and remove them from the condenser (2c).

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the condenser is not damaged.- Position the dehydrating filter and the plate on the condenser, tighten both bolts to the condenser.- Tighten the nut fastening the joint of the pipe connecting the dehydrating filter to the condenser and tighten to the specified torque.

- Fit the condenser on the vehicle, attaching the two lower mountings and fasten with the two upper bolts.- Tighten the nut fastening the joint of the dehydrating filter connection pipe and tighten to the specified torque.

- Tighten the nut fastening the upper connecting pipe to the condenser and tighten to the recommended torque.
