Follow the safety instructions Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS

- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE Op. 5050B32 WINDSCREEN WIPER ARM/S - R+R Op. 7210E22 R.R. WINDSCREEN BASE TRIM Op. 1048A34 SLEEVE(S) FROM FLOW METER TO AIR SUPPLY CAPACITY CASE - R + R Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.1. Release it from the mounting and disconnect the electrical connection (1a) from the air conditioning system linear pressure sensor (1b).

1. Undo the nut (1a) fixing the coupling to the expansion valve and release the evaporator tandem supply and return pipe (1b).

1. Unscrew the nut (1a) securing the joint (1b), release the evaporator tandem supply and return pipe (1c) and detach it from the mounting (1d).

1. Release the evaporator tandem supply and return pipe (1a) from the mountings and remove it from the vehicle.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the evaporator tandem supply and return pipe is not damaged and replace all the seals with new parts.- Position the pipe in the car.- Fit the evaporator tandem supply and return pipe on the coupling with the expansion valve, screw in the nut and tighten to the recommended torque.

- Fit the evaporator tandem supply and return pipe on the coupling with the pipes connected to the drier filter and to the condenser, screw in the fixing nut and tighten the to recommended torque.- Secure the pipe to the body mountings.
