Removing ( Refitting ) - Open the tailgate.- Lift up the edge of the carpet in the luggage compartment.    Op. 7040B22 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT/LOAD PLATFORM MOULDING - R+R1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the striker (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the striker is not damaged.- Position the striker and screw in the fixing bolts without tightening them.

1. Adjust the position of the striker (1a) and tighten the fixing bolts (1b).     Op. 7040B22 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT/LOAD PLATFORM MOULDING - R+R- Check that the tailgate opens and closes correctly.
