Removing ( Refitting ) - Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the battery terminal (-).

1. Remove the soundproof cover secured to the engine by three pins. 1. Connect the tool to the bleed valve on the fuel delivery pipe and discharge the fuel pressure.

1. Unscrew fitting (1a), disconnect fuel delivery pipe (1b) from the fuel manifold and move aside. 1. Undo the bolts securing the cam cover side engine wiring bracket and move the wiring aside. 1. Disconnect the electrical connections from the injectors.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the common rail (2b) with injectors (2c). 1. Working at the bench, withdraw clip (1a) and remove injectors (1b) from the common rail (1c). Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Replace the seals on the injectors.

Moisten the new seals with engine oil.

2. Refit the common rail (2a), injectors (2b) and secure with clip (2c). 1. Fit the common rail (1a) complete with injectors (1b) and secure it tightening the bolts (1c) to the recommended torque.

2. Connect the electrical connections to the injectors. - Refit the engine wiring and secure the engine wiring brackets with the bolts.1. Refit the fuel delivery pipe (1a), connect and tighten fitting (1b) to the specified torque.

- Refit the soundproofing cover in its seat and secure to the engine with the three pins.- Connect the negative battery terminal.
