Removing ( Refitting )
The following procedure describes left rear brake caliper removal/refitting, do the same for the right rear brake caliper.
- Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 4450B06 LEFT REAR WHEEL - R.R    Op. 7055B44 LEFT REAR WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R    Op. 3340B30 HOSE TO L/H OR R/H REAR BRAKES (ONE) - R+R1. Disconnect the handbrake cable from the rear brake caliper.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the rear brake caliper (1b).
Refitting ( Removing ) - Ensure the brake pads are correctly positioned.1. Position the rear brake calliper bracket (1a) in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

- Connect the handbrake cable to the rear brake caliper.    Op. 3340B30 HOSE TO L/H OR R/H REAR BRAKES (ONE) - R+R    Op. 0010T64 BRAKE AND/OR CLUTCH FLUID CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP AS NECESSARY    Op. 0010T65 HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM - BLEED AIR    Op. 7055B44 LEFT REAR WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R    Op. 4450B06 LEFT REAR WHEEL - R.R- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
