The procedure which follows describes the removing-refitting of the flexible pipe to the left front brake, the same operations should be carried out for the flexible pipe to the right front brake.

- Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.R Op. 7055B90 LEFT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R.- Replace the brake-clutch fluid reservoir plug using the tool.

1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe (1b), flexible pipe side.2. Release the flexible pipe retaining clip.

1. Remove the clip and release the flexible pipe to the front brake from the bracket on the shock absorber.2. Undo the connector (2a) and remove the flexible pipe to the front brake (2b).

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Place the flexible pipe to the front brake (1a) back in its housing and connect it to the brake caliper tightening the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Position the flexible pipe to the front brake on the bracket on the shock absorber and secure it using the clip.

1. Place the flexible pipe retaining clip in position.2. Connect the rigid pipe (2a), flexible pipe side and tighten the connector (2b) to the recommended torque.

- Replace the brake-clutch fluid reservoir plug using the tool.
