194002879 - Y039 P0401 - EGR VALVE

The diagnostic equipment signals: Error P0401 (EGR valve).

This error is detected if the actual value of the exhaust gas recirculation flow is less than the nominal value of the exhaust gas recirculation flow.As a result, the exhaust gas recirculation valve is switched off and the supercharging pressure can longer be controlled and the quantity of fuel injected is reduced.
