194002883 - Y043 P0403 - EGR VALVE (SC TO EARTH)

The diagnostic equipment signals: Error P0403 (EGR valve), with detail "short circuit to earth"

This error is detected if there is a short circuit to earth in the circuit connected to Pin 60 of the junction unit.As a result, the maximum power is reduced, the exhaust gas circulation valve is switched off and the supercharging pressure can longer be controlled.
