The diagnostic equipment signals: Error P0697 (Sensor power supply 3).

This error is detected if there is a short circuit to positive (detail "beyond the upper limit") or a short circuit to earth or a brek (detail "below the lower limit") in the circuit connected to Pin 22, or 44 of the junction unit.
