194003912 - 1060GO INTEGRATED THROTTLE BODY OPERATION CHECK

STEPCHECK TO BE PERFORMEDRESOLUTION IF THE CHECK IS NOT OK
Turn the ignition key OFF.Disconnect the cable loom connector from the built-in throttle body actuator.Turn the ignition key ON.Check that the voltage between pin 2 of the actuator    See N075 THROTTLE BODY ACTUATORand the earth is greater than 11 V.Move on to Step 4Move on to Step 2
Turn the ignition key OFF.In the engine compartment junction unit, remove fuse F11 (third from the right in the lower row)Turn the ignition key ON.Check the voltage between the inlet contact of fuse F11 and earth. Ensure it is greater than 11 V.Replace the junction unit    Op. 5505A13 ADDITIONAL JUNCTION UNIT IN ENGINE COMPARTMENT - R.R.
If faults are found, restore the wiring between the junction unit and the actuator    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENTReplace the wiring if necessaryThe test can be considered overReplace the junction unit    Op. 5505A13 ADDITIONAL JUNCTION UNIT IN ENGINE COMPARTMENT - R.R.
Check that the voltage between pins 1 and 2 of the actuator    See N075 THROTTLE BODY ACTUATORis greater than 11 V.Move on to Step 6Move on to Step 5
If faults are found, restore the wiring between the engine control unit and the throttle body actuator    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENTReplace the wiring if necessaryThe test can be considered overReplace the engine management control unit    Op. 1060G80 DIESEL ELECTRONIC INJECTION CONTROL UNIT - .R
Turn the ignition key OFF.Disconnect the cable loom connector from engine management control unit connector BTurn the ignition key ON.Check that the voltage between pin 59 of the control unit    See M010 ENGINE MANAGEMENT CONTROL UNITand the earth is greater than 0.3 V.Repair or if necessary replace the electrical wiring between the engine control unit and the throttle body actuator    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT
Check that the voltage between pin 52 of the control unit    See M010 ENGINE MANAGEMENT CONTROL UNITand the earth is greater than 0.3 V.Repair or if necessary replace the electrical wiring between the engine control unit and the throttle body actuator    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT
Turn the ignition key OFF.Check that the voltage between pin 59 of the control unit    See M010 ENGINE MANAGEMENT CONTROL UNITand the earth is more than 500 kOhm.Repair or if necessary replace the electrical wiring between the engine control unit and the throttle body actuator    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT
Check that the voltage between pin 52 of the control unit    See M010 ENGINE MANAGEMENT CONTROL UNITand the earth is more than 500 kOhm.Repair or if necessary replace the electrical wiring between the engine control unit and the throttle body actuator    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT
Check that the voltage between pin 59 of the control unit    See M010 ENGINE MANAGEMENT CONTROL UNITand pin 6 of the actuator    See N075 INTEGRATED THROTTLE CASING ACTUATORis less than 5 OhmRepair or if necessary replace the electrical wiring between the engine control unit and the throttle body actuator    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT
