194003951 - 5505AE ENGINE MANAGEMENT CONTROL UNIT POWER SUPPLY FUSE CIRCUIT CHECK (MECHANICAL GEARBOX)

STEP	CHECK TO BE PERFORMED	RESOLUTION IF THE CHECK IS NOT OK
1	Turn the ignition key OFF.Turn off all the electrical consumers.Reinsert fuse F18 in the engine compartment junction unit baseTurn the ignition key ON and check the fuse blows	A temporary current overload has occurred in the system behind fuse F18.
2	Disconnect the cable loom connector from the engine management control unit connector A.Refit fuse F18 in the control unit base    See B001 ENGINE COMPARTMENT JUNCTION UNITand check it cuts in.	Replace the engine management control unit    Op. 1060G80 DIESEL ELECTRONIC INJECTION CONTROL UNIT - .R
3	If faults occur, repair or if necessary replace the engine compartment junction unit wiring    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT	Replace the engine compartment junction unit    Op. 5505A13 ADDITIONAL JUNCTION UNIT IN ENGINE COMPARTMENT - R.R.
