194000307 - 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the battery terminal (-).    Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.    Op. 7040D30 ENGINE BAY FRONT BEAM COVER - R R    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.1. Position a hydraulic jack beneath the engine cooling radiator.2. Undo the bolts fixing the engine cooling radiator supports to the front suspension crossmember.- Lower the radiator slowing using the hydraulic jack until it is resting on the bumper.- Secure the radiator to the headlamp crosmmeber. 1. Remove the cold air intake for the air filter (1a) after having released the retaining clips (1b) from the upper radiator crossmember. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the cold air intake for the air filter in its housing and fasten the retaining clips to the upper radiator crossmember.- Release the radiator from the headlamp crossmember.- Place the engine cooling radiator in its housing using the hydraulic jack.- Tighten the bolts fixing the engine cooling radiator supports to the front suspension frame.- Remove the hydraulic jack from underneath the engine coolant radiator.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.    Op. 7040D30 ENGINE BAY FRONT BEAM COVER - R R    Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.- Connect the negative battery terminal.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
