Removing ( Refitting )
Before removing and refitting the Air Bags the following preliminary operations must be carried out.
- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position and extract it.- Disconnect the negative and positive battery terminals and insulate them.- Wait for 10 minutes before continuing.

FOLLOW ALL THE RECOMMENDED SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS    Op. 5580C AIR BAG SYSTEM
- Working from inside the vehicle, carry out the following operations:    Op. 7040A45 RIGHT DASHBOARD SIDE TRIM - R.R.    Op. 5570T85 CD/AUDIO PLAYER LOADER - R R    Op. 7040A31 DASHBOARD COMPARTMENT ASSEMBLY - R.R.    Op. 5580C22 AIR BAG MODULE - PASSENGER SIDE - R.R(Right side)    Op. 7040A65 CONSOLE SIDE CLOSING (ONE) - R.R.(Right side)    Op. 5010B24 UNDER-FACIA AIR DUCTS - R.R.1. Release the electrical connection (1a) for the distribution flap control motor (1b) and disconnect it.2. Undo the two fixing bolts and remove the motor from the air conditioning casing.

Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the control motor for the air conditioning air distribution flap is not damaged.- Place the air distribution flap control motor in position.- Tighten the two bolts fixing the air distribution flap control motor to the air conditioning casing and secure it.- Connect the electrical connection to the distribution flap control motor.

- Check that the air conditioning is working properly.
