Removing ( Refitting ) - Turn the ignition key to the OFF position and extract it.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

- Working from inside the vehicle, carry out the following operations:(Left side)    Op. 7040A65 CONSOLE SIDE CLOSING (ONE) - R.R.    Op. 5010B24 UNDER-FACIA AIR DUCTS - R.R.1. Release the electrical connection (1a) for the mixture flap control motor (1b) and disconnect it.2. Release the flap operating lever carefully.3. Undo the two fixing bolts and remove the motor from the air conditioning casing.

Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the control motor for the air conditioning mixture flap is not damaged.- Place the air mixture flap control motor in position.- Tighten the two bolts fixing the air mixture flap control motor to the air conditioning casing and secure it.- Attach the flap operating lever carefully.- Connect the electrical connection to the mixture flap control motor.
