Removing ( Refitting )
Before working on the passenger Air Bag disabling switch, carry out the following preliminary operations:
- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position and extract it.- Disconnect the negative and positive battery terminals.

- Working from inside the vehicle, carry out the following operations:    Op. 7040A45 RIGHT DASHBOARD SIDE TRIM - R.R.    Op. 5570T85 CD/AUDIO PLAYER LOADER - R R    Op. 7040A31 DASHBOARD COMPARTMENT ASSEMBLY - R.R.(Right side)    Op. 7040A65 CONSOLE SIDE CLOSING (ONE) - R.R.(Right side)    Op. 5010B24 UNDER-FACIA AIR DUCTS - R.R.1. Release the electrical connection (1a) for the distribution flap control motor (1b) and disconnect it.2. Undo the two fixing bolts and remove the motor from the air conditioning casing.

Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the control motor for the air conditioning air distribution flap is not damaged.1. Place the air distribution flap control motor in position fitting the pin (1a) and the joint (1b) correctly as illustrated in the diagram.
- Tighten the two bolts fixing the distribution flap control motor to the air conditioning casing and secure it.- Connect the electrical connection to the distribution flap control motor.

Carry out the actuator vane position self-learning procedure using the Examiner.
- Check that the air conditioning is working properly.
