Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R. Op. 7040D30 ENGINE BAY FRONT BEAM COVER - R R1. Position a hydraulic jack beneath the engine cooling radiator.2. Undo the bolts fixing the engine cooling radiator supports to the front suspension crossmember.- Lower the engine cooling radiator slowly using the hydraulic jack.

1. Remove the cold air intake for the air filter (1a) after having released the retaining clips (1b) from the upper radiator crossmember.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Place the cold air intake for the air filter in its housing and fasten the retaining clips to the upper radiator crossmember.- Place the engine cooling radiator in its housing using the hydraulic jack.- Tighten the bolts fixing the engine cooling radiator supports to the front suspension crossmember.- Remove the hydraulic jack from underneath the engine coolant radiator.
