) - Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 4450B13 REAR WHEELS (TWO) - R.R Op. 4420A40 L/H OR R/H REAR SUSPENSION COIL SPRING (ONE) - R+R(both). Op. 1076B30 FRONT EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R1. Undo the bolt fixing the shock absorber to the rear wheel stub axle.

1. Position a hydraulic jack (1a) fitted with tools (1b) and (1c) supporting the rear suspension crossmember.

During the dismantling the two locating pins (1d) on the underbody must be lowered.

- If the above hydraulic lift is not available, use a general hydraulic lift plus the adaptor shown in the drawing, which must be made up by the workshop to allow the use of the above frames

(*): Ensure the shank diameter of the adaptor fits the hydraulic lift used. 1. Undo the bolts fixing the rear suspension longitudinal anchorage strut to the bodyshell.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the rear suspension crossmember to the bodyshell.

- Lower the hydraulic jack slowly and remove the rear suspension crossmember assembly.

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Place the rear suspension crossmember assembly back in its housing using the hydraulic lift (1a) and the support tools (1b) and (1c).

During refitting, remove both locating pins (1d), which must fit into the holes in the underbody during assembly.

- Tighten the new bolts fixing the rear suspension crossmember to the bodyshell to the recommended torque.

1. Tighten the bolt fixing the shock absorber to the rear wheel stub axle to the recommended torque.
