Removing ( Refitting )

Follow the safety instructions    Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS

- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R    Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R.    Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.    Op. 1092G10 SINGLE ENGINE BELT - R.R1. Release from the anchorage and disconnect the coupling engagement electromagnet electrical connection (1a) from the air conditioner compressor (1b).

1. Unscrew bolt (1a) securing joint (1b) of the tandem delivery and return pipe to the compressor (1c).Remove the pipe from the compressor. 1. Undo the three bolts (1a) securing the compressor to the mount (1b) and remove the compressor from the vehicle. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the air conditioner cover is not damaged.- Fit the compressor in the vehicle, screw in the three bolts fixing it to the mounting and tighten to the specified torque.

- Fit the joint of the tandem delivery and return pipe to the compressor.- Tighten the bolt to the joint of the tandem delivery and return pipe and tighten to the specified torque.

- Connect the electrical connection of the air conditioner compressor activation electromagnet to the air condtioner compressor.
