Follow the safety instructions Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS

- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Unscrew the four bolts (1a) securing compressor mount (1b) to the engine block and remove the mount with the tensioner from the vehicle.

1. Undo bolt (1a) secuing tensioner (1b) to the compressor mount and remove the tensioner from the mount.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the mount and the tensioner are not damaged.- Place the tensioner on the mount, screw the bolt into the mount and tighten tto the recommended torque.

- Position the mount on the vehicle, screw in the four bolts securing the mount to the engine block and tighten to the specified torque.
