Removing ( Refitting

) 1. Release the air duct for the right lower vent and remove it.

1. Undo the fixing bolts and remove the heater radiator access partition.

1. Undo the band securing bolts and remove.2. Release the retaining bands (2a) for the heater radiator (2c) pipes (2b).

1. Disconnect the pipes and release the radiator to remove it from the air conditioning casing.

1. Check the condition of the supply and return pipes (1a) and remove them releasing them from the mounting (1b).

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the radiator is not damaged.- Position the air conditioning heater radiator.

To correct the supply and return pipes correctly, follow the procedure described below:

1. Lubricate the inner surface of the seals.

1. Fit the seals in their housings.2. Position the metal sealing bands around the pipe connectors in the radiator.

1. Connect the water pipes (1a) and fit the retaining bands (1b).2. Tighten the bolts securing the retaining bands to secure the water pipes to the radiator.

- Secure the radiator water connecting pipes to the air conditioning casing.- Place the heater radiator access partition in position and tighten the fixing bolts.- Fit the air duct for the right lower vent.
