Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Release the left (1a) and right (1b) air supply ducts to the vents from their housings.     Op. 5040D80 AIR CONDITIONER SYSTEM WIRING BUNDLE - R R OR REPLACE    Op. 5040C34 AIR CONDITIONING FAN - R.R. WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED    Op. 5040C18 RECIRCULATION AIR INTAKE UNIT - R.R WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED    Op. 5040C54 AIR CONDITIONING HEATER RADIATOR - R+R WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED1.Press the tabs (1a) to release the mounting bracket (1b) for the evaporator supply and return pipes. 1. Undo the fixing bolts along the access partition surround.2. Remove the evaporator access partition. 1. Release and remove the evaporator from the air conditioning casing. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the evaporator in the housing.Place the access partitionon the evaporator and tighten the fixing bolts along the surround.Fasten the evaporator supply and return pipes to the air conditioning casing using the special bracket.    Op. 5040C54 AIR CONDITIONING HEATER RADIATOR - R+R WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED    Op. 5040C18 RECIRCULATION AIR INTAKE UNIT - R.R WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED    Op. 5040C34 AIR CONDITIONING FAN - R.R.
