Open the fuel filler access flap and undo the cap to compensate for the difference in pressure inside the tank.

- Have a suitable container ready for collecting the residual fuel.

) - Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

1. Undo the retaining bolts (1a) and remove the fuel pipe guard duct (1b).

1. Release the additional heater supply pipe (1b) from the mounting clip (1a).2. Working on the retaining clips, disconnect the rapid connector (2a) for the additional heater intermediate fuel supply (2b).

1. Release the mounting clips for the fuel pipes and release the additional heater intermediate fuel supply pipe.2. Using the retaining clips (2a) release the end of the additional heater flexible fuel supply pipe (2b).3. Using the retaining clips, disconnect the rapid connector (3a) for the intermediate pipe (3b) and remove it from the vehicle.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Connect the intermediate fuel supply pipe to the heater flexible inlet pipe and to the pump supply pipe.- Attach the intermediate pipe to the retaining clips and mountings, then secure the mountings to the floor.- Position the fuel pipe guard duct and tighten the fixing bolts.
