Removing ( Refitting )
Before working on the passenger Air Bag disabling switch, carry out the following preliminary operations:
- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position and extract it.- Disconnect the negative and positive battery terminals.

1. Partly release the door housing seal by the side trim.2. Using a knife, release the side trim (2b) by the mounting points (2a) and remove it from the dashboard.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the switch for deactivating the passenger Air Bag.

2. Remove the side trim from the dashboard.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the side trim is not damaged.- Connect the electrical connection to the switch for deactivating the passenger Air Bag.

PASSENGER AIRBAG DISABLEMENT SWITCH    See H075 PASSENGER AIR BAG DISABLING SWITCH
- Place the trim in position on the dashboard and fit the side trim pressing on the mounting points.- Position the door housing seal by the side trim.- Connect the negative and positive battery terminals.
