Follow the safety instructions Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS

- Open the bonnet.- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE Op. 1048A42 SLEEVE FROM FLOW METER TO TURBO CHARGER AIR INLET PIPE - R + R1. Undo the bolt fixing the coupling for the air conditioning compressor tandem supply and return pipe to the actual compressor.

- Position the vehicle on the lift and raise it.1. Working underneath the vehicle, undo the bolts (1a) securing the front protection under the engine (1b) to the bumper lining and remove the front protection under the engine.

Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R. Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. Op. 1048B20 AIR SUPPLY HOSE FROM HEAT EXCHANGER TO RIGID PIPE - REPLACE Op. 1048B10 RIGID SUPPLY PIPE (ONE) BETWEEN TURBOCHARGER AND HEAT EXCHANGER -R.R. Op. 1092D10 AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR DRIVE BELT - R + R1. Undo the air conditioning compressor fixing bolt.

1. Release from the anchorage and disconnect the coupling engagement electromagnet electrical connection from the air conditioner compressor.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) fixing the air conditioning compressor and release the alternator drive belt (2b).

1. Remove the air conditioning compressor from the vehicle.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the air conditioner cover is not damaged.- Place the compressor in position fitting the alternator drive belt.

Always replace the old belt with a new part

- Place the bolts fixing the compressor to the accessories mounting in position and tighten them to the recommended torque.

Op. 1092D10 AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR DRIVE BELT - R + R Op. 1048B10 RIGID SUPPLY PIPE (ONE) BETWEEN TURBOCHARGER AND HEAT EXCHANGER -R.R. Op. 1048B20 AIR SUPPLY HOSE FROM HEAT EXCHANGER TO RIGID PIPE - REPLACE Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R. Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R- Position the front protection under the engine and tighten the bolts securing it to the bumper trim.- Lower the lift.- Fit the coupling for the tandem supply and return pipe to the air conditioning compressor to the compressor itself.- Screw in the bolt to the coupling for the tandem supply and return pipe to the air conditioning compressor and tighten it to the recommended torque.
