Follow the safety instructions Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS

- Open the bonnet.- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE Op. 1048A42 SLEEVE FROM FLOW METER TO TURBO CHARGER AIR INLET PIPE - R + R Op. 7040D30 ENGINE BAY FRONT BEAM COVER - R R Op. 7055A43 CENTRE FRONT GRILLE - R.R.1. Undo the bolt (1a) fixing the coupling for the air conditioning compressor tandem supply and return pipe (1b) to the actual compressor.

1. Undo the nut (1a) fixing the upper connecting pipe (1b) to the condenser.2. Undo the upper bolts (2a) securing the air duct (2b) without removing it.

1. Undo the nut fixing the coupling for the tandem supply and return pipe to the evaporator.

1. Release the tandem supply and return pipe to the air conditioning compressor from the special retainers and remove it from the vehicle.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the air conditioning compressor tandem supply and return pipe is not damaged and replace all the seals with new parts.- Position the air conditioning compressor tandem supply and return pipe on the vehicle securing the special retainers.- Tighten the nut fixing the coupling for the tandem supply and return pipe to the evaporator.- Screw in the nut fastening the upper connecting pipe to the condenser and tighten it to the recommended torque.

- Tighten the upper bolts fixing the air duct.- Screw in the bolt to the coupling for the tandem supply and return pipe to the air conditioning compressor and tighten it to the recommended torque.
