Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.    Op. 1048B20 AIR SUPPLY HOSE FROM HEAT EXCHANGER TO RIGID PIPE - REPLACE1. Undo the lower bolt securing the rigid intermediate pipe between the heat exchanger and throttle body. 1. Undo the upper bolt securing the rigid intermediate pipe between the heat exchanger and throttle body.2. Loosen collar (2a) and remove the rigid intermediate pipe between the heat exchanger and throttle body (2b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Refit the rigid intermediate pipe between the heat exchanger and throttle body and secure with the collar.- Tighten the upper bolt securing the rigid intermediate pipe between the heat exchanger and throttle body.- Tighten the lower bolt securing the rigid intermediate pipe between the heat exchanger and throttle body.    Op. 1048B20 AIR SUPPLY HOSE FROM HEAT EXCHANGER TO RIGID PIPE - REPLACE    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R- Position the vehicle on a lift.
