Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 7050B10 ERAR SEAT HEAD RESTRAINT (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.1. Move the padding and use an appropriate to release retainer (1a) and remove guide bush (1b).

When releasing the bushing retainer, insert an appropriate tool between the padding and the frame, taking care to avoid damage.
