Release the handbrake control cables from the intermediate fastenings.2. Disconnect the intermediate electrical connection for the electrical wiring for the submerged fuel pump assembly complete with fuel gauge.

3. Disconnect the rapid connector for the rear fuel supply pipe, intermediate fuel supply pipe side.4. Disconnect the rapid connector for the fuel vapour pipe.5. Position a hydraulic jack with a suitable tool for supporting the fuel tank.6. Undo the bolts (6a), lower the hydraulic jack and remove the fuel tank assembly (6b).

Refitting ( Removing

) - Place the fuel tank assembly in its housing using the hydraulic jack and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Remove the hydraulic jack with the suitable tool for supporting the fuel tank.- Connect the rapid connector for the fuel vapour pipe.- Connect the rapid connector for the rear fuel supply pipe, intermediate fuel supply pipe side.- Connect the intermediate electrical connection for the electrical wiring for the submerged fuel pump assembly complete with fuel gauge.- Secure the handbrake control cables to the intermediate fastenings.
