Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE    Op. 1048A34 SLEEVE(S) FROM FLOW METER TO AIR SUPPLY CAPACITY CASE - R + R1. Loosen the bands and remove the coolant inlet and outlet pipes from the throttle casing.2. Retract the retaining clip and disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe.3. Disconnect the electrical connection for the throttle casing.

4. Undo the bolts (4a) and remove the throttle body (4b).- Remove the seal from the intake chamber. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the throttle body complete with new seal in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.
