Removing ( Refitting ) Follow the safety instructions    Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE    Op. 7040D30 ENGINE BAY FRONT BEAM COVER - R R1. Release the bonnet opening link (1a) from anchorage clamp (1b) and remove from the vehicle.
1. Undo retaining nuts (1a) and disconnect low pressure pipe (1b) from the condenser.
1. Undo the nut (1a) and disconnect the high pressure pipe (1b) from the drier filter.
1. Unscrew retaining bolts (1a) on both sides and tilt condenser (1b) forward.
1. Remove condenser (1a) complete with dehydrating filter by withdrawing anchorage tabs (1b) from the seats on both sides.
1. Unscrew bolt (1a) and bolts (1b), then remove drier filter (1c) from the condenser.
Refitting ( Removing )
Always replace the gaskets with new parts.
1. Place drier filter (1a) on the condenser and screw in bolts (1b) and nut (1c), tightening to the specified torque.

- Position the condenser with drier filter in its seat and tighten the bolts on both sides.1. Fit the high pressure pipe (1a) from the drier filter, screw in nut (1b) and tighten to the recommended torque.

1. Connect the low pressure pipe (1a) to the condenser, screw in nut (1b) and tighten to the recommended torque.

- Connect the bonnet opening link to the lock and secure to the anchorage clamp.    Op. 7040D30 ENGINE BAY FRONT BEAM COVER - R R    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE- Connect the negative battery terminal.
