194000228 - 1004D10 POWER UNIT (MANUAL GEARBOX), REMOVED, DISMANTLE AND REASSEMBLE

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the fixing bolts and remove the bracket for the left lower reaction rod. 1. Undo the fixing bolts and remove the bracket for the right lower reaction rod. 1. Undo the fixing bolts and remove the manual gearbox from the engine. 1. Diagonally undo the bolts securing the clutch mechanism to the engine flywheel and remove it. 1. Fit the flywheel lock.

2. Undo the bolts securing the flywheel to the crankshaft and remove it. Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit the engine flywheel in its seat and tighten the bolts fixing it to the crankshaft to the recommended torque.

1. Place the clutch mechanism (1a) in position using a suitable centering tool (1b) and tighten the bolts (1c) diagonally to the recommended torque. - Remove the tool used for centering the clutch mechanism.- Remove the flywheel lock.- Fit the manual gearbox in its seat and tighten the bolts fixing it to the engine to the recommended torque.

- Refit the right lower reaction link bracket and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
