Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the plug and fit the connector to discharge the fuel pressure.

- Use a suitable container for collecting the fuel.
1. Disconnect the rapid connector for the front fuel pipe, manifold pipe side.2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the fuel vapour solenoid valve.

3. Connect the electrical connection for the injection control unit.

4. Remove the wiring duct from the retaining clips.5. Disconnect the electrical connections for the injectors.

6. Undo the fixing bolts and remove the fuel manifold pipe complete with injectors.
1. Release the retaining clip (1a) and remove the injector (1b) from the manifold pipe.- Remove the remaining injectors in the same way.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit a new O-ring on the top of each injector that has been removed.- Place the injectors back in their seats and secure them using the clips.- Fit the fuel pipe complete with injectors and tighten the bolts to the recommended torque.
