Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE1. Loosen the nut fixing the wiring mounting bracket to the thermostat.2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the thermostat temperature regulator.3. Loosen the band and disconnect the water supply hose to the radiator from the thermostat.4. Undo the bolts and remove the thermostat complete with O-ring from the support.
Refitting

- Place the thermostat in its housing complete with a new O-ring and secure it to the support using the bolts.- Connect the radiator water supply hose to the thermostat and tighten the band.- Connect the electrical connection for the thermostat temperature regulator.- Tighten the nut fixing the wiring mounting bracket to the thermostat.
