Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the reversing light switch.

2. Undo the bolts and move the clutch control hydraulic actuator aside.3. Undo the nut and remove the earth lead. 1. Disconnect the gear selector and engagement cables. 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the gear selector/engagement assembly (1b). - Remove the residues of sealant from the mating surfaces on the gearbox and the gear selector-engagement assembly. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Check the position of the centring bushes on the gear selector-engagement assembly.2. Position the gear selector lever as illustrated. 1. Apply a bead of sealant (LOCTITE 510) to the mating surface with the gear selector-engagement assembly and check the position of the selectors. - Place the gear selector-engagement assembly back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Connect the cables to the gear selector-engagement unit.- Position the earth lead on the bolt with the dual shank and secure it using the nut.- Place the clutch control hydraulic actuator in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.
