198000077 - 1008B10 POWER UNIT FRONT SUPPORT FLEXIBLE MOUNTING (TIMING SIDE) - REPLACE

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Unscrew the engine coolant reservoir (1b) fixing bolts (1a) and move it aside complete with pipes. - Position an arm lift underneath the engine.1. Undo the nuts fixing the flexible mounting to the timing side front support.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the timing front support flexible mounting (2b). 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the flexible mounting idler (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit the flexible mounting idler and tighten the bolt to the recommended torque.

- Place the timing front support flexible mounting in position and tighten the bolts fixing it to the bodyshell to the recommended torque.

- Tighten the nuts fixing the flexible mounting to the timing side front support to the recommended torque.

- Remove the arm lift positioned underneath the engine.- Fit the engine coolant reservoir assembly in place and tighten the bolts.
