Removing ( Refitting )

The version without air conditioning is illustrated below.

    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE     Op. 7055B65 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN LEFT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R. 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the pipe between the supply reservoir and engine cooling radiator, radiator side.2. Disconnect the rapid connector for the radiator lower outlet pipe. 1. Disconnect the rapid connector for the upper hose from the radiator.     Op. 1088E10 RADIATOR COOLING FAN - R + R 1. Undo the right upper radiator retaining bolt 1. Undo the left upper radiator retaining bolt 1. Raise the vehicle and remove the radiator complete with flexible mountings. 1. If necessary, remove the upper flexible mountings securing the radiator. Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit the upper flexible mountings on the radiator.- Place the radiator in its housing and tighten the fixing bolts.    Op. 1088E10 RADIATOR COOLING FAN - R + R - Connect the rapid connector securing the upper hose to the radiator.- Connect the rapid connector for the radiator lower outlet pipe.- Connect the pipe between the supply reservoir and the engine cooling radiator, radiator side and tighten the band.    Op. 7055B65 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN LEFT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R.     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE
