198002842 - 7045A67 SLIDING GUIDE (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT FOR FRONT SEAT - R.R WITH SEAT REMOVED

Removing ( Refitting ) INNER GUIDE1. Operate slide control lever (1a) and bring inner guide (1b) with opening (1c) in line with bolts (1d) securing the guide.2. Undo bolts (1d) and (2a) for inner guide (1b).3. Remove inner guide (1b) complete with slide control lever (1a), releasing its pin (3a) and lever (3b) from their housings on outer guide (3c).
OUTER GUIDE1. Operate slide control lever (1a) and bring outer guide (1b) with opening (1c), in line with bolt (1d) securing the guide.2. Undo bolts (1d) and (2a) for outer guide (1b).3. Remove outer guide (1b), releasing it from pin (3a) and lever (3b) for slide control lever (1a).
Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the guide is not damaged.INNER GUIDE1. Position inner guide (1a) with openings (1b) in line with bolt housings (1c).
Press cylinder (1d) manually in the direction of the arrow in order to slide the guide.
1. Position inner guide (1a) complete with slide control lever (1b), engaging its pin (1c) and lever (1d) into their housings on outer guide (1e).2. Insert and tighten bolts (2a) for inner guide (1a).3. Align the two inner and outer guides, working as follows: lift up seat slide control lever (1b) and keep it raised, then manually slide the two inner (1a) and outer (1e) guides until they are in the rear end of travel position, in order to align them; lastly, release slide control lever (1b) and attach the retainers for the guides to the attachment teeth.
OUTER GUIDE1. Position outer guide (1a) with opening (1b) in line with bolt housing (1c).
Press cylinder (1d) manually in the direction of the arrow in order to slide the guide.
1. Place outer guide (1a) in position, engaging it onto pin (1b) and lever (1c) for slide control lever (1d).2. Insert and tighten bolts (2a) for outer guide (1a).3. Align the two inner and outer guides, working as follows: lift up seat slide control lever (1d) and keep it raised, then manually slide the two inner (3a) and outer (1a) guides until they are in the rear end of travel position, in order to align them; lastly, release slide control lever (1d) and attach the retainers for the guides to the attachment teeth.
