Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the exhaust gas temperature sensor on the particle filter.

2. Open the wiring retaining clip for the exhaust gas temperature sensor on the particle filter.
- Raise the vehicle.1. Undo the bolts fixing the flexible mountings bracket for the front exhaust pipe to the bodyshell.
1. Undo the connector and remove the exhaust gas temperature sensor on the particulate filter (1b).
Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the exhaust gas temperature sensor in its housing on the particle filter and tighten the connector to the recommended torque.

- Tighten the bolts fixing the flexible mountings bracket for the front exhaust pipe to the bodyshell.- Connect the electrical connection for the exhaust gas temperature sensor to the particle filter.- Close the wiring retaining clip for the exhaust gas temperature sensor on the particle filter.    Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
