The relay T19 in the engine compartment junction unit B1 receives a power supply from the line for fuse F20, from the engine compartment junction unit B1, whilst the energizing takes place through the ignition-operated line (INT/A) from fuse F31 of the junction unit under the dashboard B2.Relay T19 is excited by a control signal fom pin 20 of connector A of M1 and thus directly activates headlamp washer pump N25; this signal is sent on the basis of a positive windscreen washer request signal from stalk unit H5 - from pin 5 of connector A - to pin 19 of connector A of M1 and with low beam enablement on or with the dipped headlamps on (pin 2 of connector I and pin 33 of connector G of M1).
