Undo the connector for the pipe from the return manifold.2. Undo the connector for the pipe from the pressure pump.3. Remove the pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold. 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the fuel pressure regulator.

2. Disengage the fuel inlet pipe to the pump. 1. Undo nuts (1a) and remove pressure pump (2b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Position the pressure pump on the mounting.- Tighten to torque the nuts securing the pump to the brake mounting.

- Connect the fuel inlet pipe to the pump.- Connect the electrical connection for the fuel pressure regulator.- Fit the new pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold.

Whenever working on the pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold, the pipe must be replaced with a new one to prevent fuel leaks from the connectors.

- Tighten the connectors on the pressure pump and on the return manifold to torque.
