1. Open the fuel flap.2. Release the rod from the fuel flap.3. Undo the fuel cap after having released it using the ignition key.4. Undo the bolt fixing the flap and remove it complete with seal.
1. Remove the flap pivot pin from its seat.2. Separate the flap (2a) from the seal (2b).
Refitting

- Fit the flap in the housing on the seal and secure it using the pivot pin.- Fit the flap/seal assembly in place and fasten it using the bolt.- Fit the fuel tank cap and close it using the ignition key.- Attach the rod.- Check that the flap opens and closes properly.
