FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The EOBD central tester output is built into Body Computer M1 connector C.It is supplied directly by the battery at pin 16 of the line protected by fuse F39 of underfacia junction unit B2 ; pins 4 and 5 are earthed.Pins 6 and 14 are connected to the B-CAN: this network controls and "diagnoses" the junction unit under the dashboard B2, the instrument panel E50, the Air Bag control unit M60, the seat management control units H66 and H67, the integrated radio-telephone-navigator unit P20, the Bluetooth control unit M162, the climate control system control unit M70 or the additional heater M75 and the parking sensor control unit M84.    See E1050 CAN CONNECTION LINES Pin 1 is connected to the K line at ABS control unit M50 (pin 11)    See E7020 ABS and    See E7023 ESP Pin 7 is connected, via the K line, to the engine management control unit M10    See E5030 PETROL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT or    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT The power steering control unit M86 is connected to pin 9    See E7045 ELECTRIC STEERING The electronics for the gas discharge headlamps F10 and F11 is connected to pin 12.    See E3080 HEADLAMP AGLINMENT CORRECTOR The control unit for the T.P.M.S.
