198001891 - N012 POOR RADIO RECEPTION

When the relevant control is operated, the radio comes on but it cannot be heard properly or crackles, radio station reception is disturbed.

3RECEPTION AREA CHECKALL OKPROBLEMS ENCOUNTEREDACTION
Check that the fault is not present in areas of poor reception. The reception should improve significantly when the vehicle moves away from such areas. If the reception area is very poorly served, attempts to switch between frequencies may be perceived as pausesMove on to Step 3Area with poor receptionMove to an area with the radio reception is good and try FM and non-FM stations
