Removing ( Refitting ) - Drain the engine coolant, refer to    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE     Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R 1. Detach the engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connection.

2. Undo the engine coolant temperature sensor and remove it from the thermostat. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the engine coolant temperature sensor in its housing and tighten it to the recommended torque.
