198002090 - 1080B82 PARTICULATE FILTER DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE (D.P.F.) SENSOR - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting )
If the DPF differential pressure sensor is being replaced, when the refitting is complete the following operations must be carried out using the Examiner.
Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the particle filter differential pressure sensor.
DescriptionConnector
1FAP differential pressure sensor    See K187 FAP DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR
2. Open the flexible pipe retaining clip.3. Loosen the band and disconnect the flexible pipe from the differential pressure sensor for the particulate filter.4. Undo the nut (4a) and remove the differential pressure sensor for the particulate filter (4b).
Refitting ( Removing ) - Position the differential pressure sensor in its housing and tighten the nut.- Connect the flexible pipe to the differential pressure sensor for the particulate filter and tighten the band.- Connect the electrical connection for the particle filter differential pressure sensor.- Close the flexible pipe retaining clip.    Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R
